Hot Pot Korean BBQ: A Unique Dining Experience in Jacksonville

We stopped by here on a trip to Jacksonville. I love Korean food and this place did not disappoint!! We did both Hotpot and Grill. We chose a medium spicy broth for our hotpot and it was delicious. There's a sort of conveyor belt to pick up some of your items from, and I just thought that was great!! They also have a self service bar for meats and other items for the grill/hotpot. I actually prefer this to ordering it via tablet or table like other places. You can go up and get as much or as little of each item as you like. We saw reviews speaking highly of Ken as a server. We asked for him specifically when we got there and he was working the greeting counter as we went in. He made us his sauce from the sauce bar and it was absolutely delicious!! He mixed different sauces from the sauce bar and it was a perfect blend of flavor and heat!! Our server, Melly, was very kind and very attentive! I will definitely be making it a point to stop in here every time I find myself in Jax!!

Excellent food. We had a great experience here tonight. This is the third Hot Pot place that we have been to and it was the best by far. Highly recommended. The only thing that I didn't like was that the floor was greasy and not a good match for tennis shoes.

it was so fun! we went as a group of 6 and it was all our first time and our waitress, Zoe, she was so accommodating and welcoming! she checked on us and made sure we were doing everything right and even made us some of her favorite sauce combo which was so delicious! overall a great experience and was really yummy food with tons of options! definitely coming back and recommending it!

First time coming here. The only semi negative thing I have to mention is that the Hostess bringing us to the table walked a bit too fast that we almost lost site of her. Overall this place was great. You can get the soup and bbq or just one or the other. Prices for the buffet were affordable. I had a lot of fun watching the bowls go around on the conveyer table/counter…we enjoyed being able to cook our own food on clean grills and replaced them when it needed. The soup was able to be cooked at the table to your temperature. Noodles only take about 3 mins. Server was pleasant. Thank you for the great experience. Appreciate you.

10/10 experience for a birthday extravaganza!!! Zoe was fabulous, definitely request her when you come in. It was our first time, she helped recommended soups, and sauces. Then taught us all of the tips and tricks to have a great dinner. She rounded out the night with a birthday song and some cheesecake bites. Will be back again !

Delicious! So many choices! Our server Khan was so helpful and even brought us a dish of his own special sauce combination. We each had our own pot to cook in and also had a hot grill to share. I loved my spicy soup #9. It should be noted the place was so clean. The vent hood, windows and every surface sparkled. It was our first time but it won’t be our last!

We love hot pot and found this place we were so excited to try!! This is one of the best hot pot places we’ve visited and the service was exceptional. Zoe, our server, was perfectly attentive and took the time to answer all our questions and explain how to use the burners. She even went out of her way to bring us a sauce that she most enjoyed to try with our meal (which, she was right, was absolutely delicious). We loved her personality and genuine hospitality, which really topped off the experience. The food was fresh and the buffet was clean and organized. Everything tasted amazing and I highly recommend checking the place out. The atmosphere was great as well, with the perfect level of ambiance and noise that you can still enjoy your date or company. This is a go to restaurant in Jacksonville!! Thank you to Zoe for making our experience amazing!!

On our way back to Atlanta. Stop by Hot Pot & BBQ Jax and it did not disappoint. Large selection of foods to choose from. We had Hot Pot only and choose Tum Yum broth for our soup. The soup was yummy. Helen our server was very attentive to our needs and Kenny the manager was very nice, friendly and courteous. Will definitely stop by again when we go to Florida from Atlanta.
